Step Two
EMAIL YOUR DOG'S CURRENT VACCINE PAPERWORK
Your veterinary vaccine paperwork must show current expiration dates for, Rabies, Distemper (DHLLP), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Take a pic with your phone. then email it, or bring in a printed copy. Please email the vet paperwork to vetrecords@earthdogdenver.com

PARK IN OUR PARKING LOT
Park in our parking lot off 4th Avenue, and enter through our back entrance.
